Shipping policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery process consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, your order will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time
South Africa: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by The Courier Guy.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website by clicking “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.
My tracking number isn’t working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact our customer service team.
